There are two rasps – one finger and one triangle, and a triangle hook pad for attaching resin pads to polish the concrete, four finger tools in 20 grit, 40 grit, 60 grit and 120 grit and three triangle tools in 40 grit, 60 grit and 120 grit.
These are all available individually and they will enable you to tackle any corner or tight area of concrete to remove lippage, glue or coatings and to flatten and polish.
These grinding polishing corner tools are also great for edges, for touch up of patching, to open cracks before filling or to polish depressions that the large machines could not penetrate.
They get under stairs, under cupboard overhangs and into tight spaces too.
You will never be stuck on a job again with these grinding polishing corner tools, you will never waste hours trying to hand polish or grind, you will never have to explain to the customer why you cannot do those areas or why the corners look different to the rest of the floor.
Our Ecoguard crack and hole filler (please call and ask) is the ideal quick way to grout and polish floor corners. It is very rapid curing an almost invisible because it contains glass beads and concrete dust filler in a urethane resin. Scrape a thin layer across the corner and in 60 minutes use the 40 grit triangle, then 60 grit, then 120 grit to leave a perfect, smooth finish. Polish with triangle resin pads.
Your jobs will be perfect, they will be a showpiece down to the last millimeter and the tightest corner.
Productivity on jobs will increase as you eliminate fiddly areas and lost time trying to conceal or disguise unpolished areas. Your employees will stop feeling frustrated and be more confident on all jobs because you have all the tools necessary to produce a first class result.
The 20 grit finger is mainly used on very hard concrete while the 40 grit finger will easily remove lippage from normal strength concrete and flatten areas that have not been ground.
The triangles are easy to keep flat on the ground and they have three points to wear for very long life. The fingers are great for tighter areas and for precise control where delicate matching is required.
60 grit and 120 grit prepare for the resin bond pads which polish the floor to a brilliant shine.
The triangle hook pad can be used with all resin pads which are often cut from worn pads so the color and texture of the concrete can be accurately matched. For even faster polishing the rasp tool can be used instead of the backer pad which holds the resin more aggressively.
The two rasps will rapidly and easily remove heavy coatings, glue and other buildup before grinding the concrete with the diamond tools and polishing with the resin pads.
